You have to complete an application for admission to CSU-Pueblo and pay a $25 application fee to take that summer course. The Admissions Office is located in the Administration Building, Room 202, 719.549.2461.

HB 1023-Proof of Lawful Presence in the US
As of August 1, 2006, Colorado law (HB06s-1023) requires that all students receiving certain public benefits provide proof that they are lawfully present in the United States. In the higher education arena, these public benefits include the College Opportunity Fund (COF), institutional and state-sponsored financial aid, in-state tuition rates (for students classified as Colorado residents for tuition classification purposes), and any other state-sponsored payments or assistance.
Any student admitted to CSU-Pueblo on August 1, 2006 or after is required to verify their lawful presence by a two-step process which includes signing an affidavit or lawful presence and providing appropriate identification.
