Visit CSU-Pueblo

The only way to determine if CSU-Pueblo is the place for you is to visit campus.  There is no substitute for seeing the campus first-hand and experiencing CSU-Pueblo’s atmosphere, talking to current students about what they like and what they do for fun, and learning about all the hands-on experiences you will have in your major.

Second Saturdays

Take advantage of Second Saturdays if you are unable to visit CSU-Pueblo during the week. Stop by between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. to apply for admission (bring you official transcripts and test scores), check your financial aid award status, register for summer or fall classes, and get your student ID.

Discover CSU-Pueblo Visit Days

Looking for a group visit day with the opportunity to learn about admissions and financial aid programs, CSU-Pueblo’s majors, take a campus tour, and talk to CSU-Pueblo student services and organizations about all they offer?  A Discover CSU-Pueblo Day is for you!

Friday, Oct. 29 2010  Register Now

Check-in is 8:30-9:00 a.m. in the Occhiato University Center with an early afternoon conclusion.  Cost of attendance is $5 per person for students and guests; lunch is provided.

Daily Visits

Looking for a personalized visit to campus, including a campus tour, a chance to talk to an admissions counselor or a first-year advisor, and to learn about your major with a faculty advisor?  A Daily Visit is for you!

If you are from the Denver metro area, including Douglas County, and you visit campus and complete a housing contract by August 1, 2010, you will receive a $20 7-  Eleven gas card. Limited to one card per group; Discover YOUR CSU-Pueblo attendees are not eligible. Make your reservation now!

Campus Tours are offered Monday thru Friday at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.; the University is closed on some holidays and tours are not available.  All tours include show rooms in Belmont and Crestone Halls.

Reserve your Daily Visit

Reservations are recommended, especially if you want a faculty appointment.  Walk-in tours at normal tour hours can be accommodated.

New Student Orientation

New Student Orientation will be held from Wednesday, August 18 thru Friday, August 20, 2010 for all new first-year and transfer students. Residence Hall move in begins at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, August 18. The purpose of orientation is to provide new students with the opportunity to integrate into the academic and social environment at  CSU-Pueblo, as well as feel prepared to begin life as a THUNDERWOLF. Group Visits

Looking for a visit for a large school or community group?  CSU-Pueblo offers tailored visits to meet your needs.  To make your arrangements today, contact Tiffany Kingrey, Visitor Center Coordinator  at 719.549.2629 or tiffany.kingrey@colostate-pueblo.edu. Please make your arrangements a minimum of two weeks prior to your intended visit.

Transfer Tours

Are you a transfer student interested in visiting campus?  A Transfer Tour offers an experience personalized for you as a transfer student, focusing on the areas you want to see.  You will also learn about  DARS, the transfer evaluation and degree audit system.  Transfer counselor or faculty advisor appointments are available, based on availability.

Transfer Tours are offered Mondays at 10:00 a.m. and Fridays at 2:30 p.m.; the University is closed on some holidays and tours are not available.

Discover CSU-Pueblo Transfer Student Sessions

Attend a Discover CSU-Pueblo Day and "discover" all that we have to offer for transfer students. Learn about the transfer admissions process and how courses are evaluated for transferability. Learn about financial aid programs, take a campus tour, and talk to faculty about majors offered at CSU-Pueblo.
